Started in 2011 as CNH Realty at Cyberjaya, the company initially involved in project sales as well as subsales. As the company expanded to other regions, so too its client base and the clients’ needs.

In order to cope with the growing demands, CH Homes was formed and becomes the property asset management arm of CNH Group that focuses on managing our clients’ property assets from furnishing, rental, tenancy management and other added services.

Consists of individuals from property developers, hotels & resorts and property agencies, we strive to not only bring our expertise in property management but as well as supporting landlords in property matters from technical, legal and place-making.
